July 7, 2011 - The day I shall never forget.
Experienced Sudarshan Kriya the First time (Actually second but after a gap of almost one year).
And once again the miracle happens. Eyes closed, eager to experience the Heaven!
SOooooooooooooooooo hammmmmmmmm, few minutes of silence and I lie down.
Hands besides the body, palms facing the ceiling. Fingers curled, trying to spread out, but some force (energy) holding them back, as if pulling all the positive energy from the atmosphere and flushing the body cells . Body vibrating like a mobile in a vibrate mode. Ants running all over the leg stimulating each and every point.
Mind was quite, no thoughts, absolutely blank. Whole body floating above the ground as if on a bed of clouds, as seen from a plane!
Only one image in front of the closed eyes and Heart smiling, saying Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! (Guruji) for this wonderful experience.
And the experience continues................... everyday, every minute, every moment!
